This program organises activities for the dissemination of knowledge among young people — competitions, symposia, olympiads, and exhibitions. It actively encourages international cooperation in science and the integration of Bulgarian youth into global networks.

Programme sections
I. Information support
The Foundation supports information needs through sponsoring or providing — free or on favourable terms — specialised scientific and technical information, journal subscriptions, and equipment for extra-curricular institutions with proven results in developing children and youth creativity.
II. Publishing and science popularisation
The Foundation publishes or sponsors specialised, scientific-technical, popular-science and reference literature; it supports lectures, TV and radio shows, film production and the creation of specialised portals.
III. Scientific and technical events for children and youth
The Foundation provides funds for events it organises or co-organises — aimed at discovering and developing young talent and showcasing creative achievements in science and technology.
