ANNUAL COMPETITION FOR THE "EUREKA" AWARD

FOR A YOUNG INVENTOR

Bulgarian citizens who have not reached the age of 35 at the date of filing the patent application and have not reached the age of 39 at 31 December of the year for which the prize is awarded are entitled to participate in the competition. They should submit their inventions and/or inventions in which they are co-authors. The presentation is made by request, detailed CV, annotation and protective documents from Bulgaria or abroad, issued in the last year and in a period of 3 years preceding the award.

The request shall contain:

Name, middle name, surname

- Date of birth and place of birth;

- address and telephone (work and home),e-mail;

- a list of inventions with the registration numbers of the applications and the numbers of the protected documents;

- data on the effectiveness (economic, social, environmental, etc.) of the implementation;

- data on the author's share participation in inventions.

The application shall be accompanied by reviews, test reports and other recommended documents in support of the qualities of the applicant and his inventions.

The Evrika Award brings public prestige, an honorary diploma, a memorable statuette, financial support in the amount of EUR 600 for participation in a scientific specialization or short-term training. Other opportunities for the realization of inventions will also be provided to the winners.

Requests shall be sent to the Evrika Foundation no later than December 10 at the address: Sofia 1000, "Patriarch Evtimiy" 1.
